1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rewrait application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About Rewrait

Rewrait is a desktop utility that rewrites user‑selected text through artificial‑intelligence prompts. The App connects to third‑party AI services to process user input and return rewritten text.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Lemonity ("Company") grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to text you submit through the App ("User Content").

5.2 License to Company

You grant the Company a temporary, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to process and transmit User Content as necessary to operate the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App to create or disseminate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App's source code except as permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscription service. The App offers professional subscription plans with enhanced features.

Paid subscriptions. Details of current plans and pricing are provided within the App and on the Company website.

Payments. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.

8. Data Retention and Privacy

The App does not store User Content unless you enable history. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Third‑Party Services

The App relies on Gemini, OpenAI's API, and other third‑party services. Your use of those services is subject to their separate terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software code associated with the App are the exclusive property of the Company.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be error‑free or that data loss will not occur.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination you must discontinue use and delete all copies of the App.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
