Does Rewrait work in the apps my team already uses?
Yes. The Mac and Windows apps work anywhere you can select text: Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Zendesk, Intercom, Linear, HubSpot, VS Code, docs, and browser fields. Select the draft, press Cmd+Shift+P on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows, and pick a shortcut. Rewrait replaces the original where you were typing.
Do you train AI models on our text?
No. Rewrait and its third-party models process submitted text only to return a rewrite. They do not train on it. Rewrite history is off by default, integration tokens are encrypted, and Notion, Confluence, and Google Docs connections are read-only. Team plans include a written no-training guarantee.
Can a shortcut use our Notion style guide?
Yes. Team shortcuts can read approved Notion, Confluence, and Google Docs pages such as voice guides, support playbooks, and messaging docs. Workspace owners choose the sources, and access is read-only.
Can I use Rewrait without selecting text?
Yes. Speak a rough draft in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German, then run the same shortcuts you use on selected text. You can dictate in your first language and ask Rewrait to write the result in English.
Does Rewrait replace our existing tools?
No. Your team keeps writing in Slack, email, support desks, docs, CRMs, and browsers. Rewrait rewrites the draft where it sits.
What does Rewrait cost for a team?
Team costs $20 per seat each month when billed annually, or $25 when billed monthly, with no seat minimum. It includes shared styles and workflows, approved sources from Notion, Confluence, and Google Docs, owner-managed billing, and a no-training guarantee. New accounts get a 14-day Team trial with no card required, then move to the Free plan unless upgraded.
What should a team start with?
Start with a job people repeat every day: a customer reply, escalation summary, or renewal email. Connect the doc that sets the rules, share the shortcut, and run it from any app.
