By downloading, installing, or using Rewrait, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. About Rewrait
Rewrait is a desktop utility that rewrites user-selected text through artificial-intelligence prompts and related services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Rewrait.
4. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Lemonity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rewrait for personal or internal business purposes.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to text you submit through Rewrait.
You grant Lemonity a temporary, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and transmit user content as necessary to operate the app.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use Rewrait to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code except as permitted by law.
Do not interfere with the operation or security of the app.
7. Subscription and Payment
Rewrait offers paid subscription plans with enhanced features.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Privacy
Rewrait does not store user content unless you enable history. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Third-Party Services
Rewrait relies on third-party AI and payment services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
Rewrait is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
