Team Pilot

Find out whether Rewrait works for your team in 3 weeks

A founder runs your pilot. Before day one, we agree on success criteria in writing. During a 30-minute call, we build your first team shortcuts. After three weeks, you get a report showing whether the pilot met the agreed bar.

Who it's for

The pilot is for teams that already feel the pain: the macro library nobody trusts, the new hire who takes twenty minutes per reply, the lead who rewrites everyone's drafts at 6pm. In three weeks, you can see whether shared shortcuts improve adoption, rewrite volume, and time saved per message.

  • Support and sales teams with 10-50 seats
  • Agents or reps writing daily across a help desk, Slack, email, or a CRM
  • A lead who can name the 3-5 messages the team writes most
  • An approved tone guide or policy page in Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs

What's included

1

30-minute founder onboarding call

The call is for onboarding. By then, you have already seen the product. We connect your voice guide or policy doc, install Rewrait on every Mac and Windows machine, and help the team ship its first rewrites before the call ends.

2

3-5 team shortcuts built together

We build the shortcuts live from messages your team sent last week, such as a support reply, an escalation summary, or a renewal email. Every seat gets them instantly and can run them with Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P.

3

Success criteria agreed in writing

Before day one, we agree in writing what success means across adoption, usage, and confirmed time saved. Week 1 covers setup and habit-building. In weeks 2 and 3, we measure results against that exact bar.

The success criteria

Before the pilot starts, we agree on three success measures, then track them through real usage rather than impressions.

  • 70% or more of seats active 3+ days a week by week 2
  • 25 or more rewrites per seat per week
  • The team lead confirms rewrites save time per message

What happens after

Week 3 ends with a 20-minute review of the one-page usage report, followed by a decision in the room.

  • A 20-minute review with a one-page usage report
  • A pre-built annual checkout with pilot credit applied
  • No pressure: if the criteria were not met, we say so

Three weeks to a clear yes or no

Email your team size, the tools you write in, and the messages you write most. A founder replies with pilot dates.
