Team Pilot

A 3-week pilot with success criteria in writing

Run by a founder, not a sales team: success criteria agreed in writing before day one, your first team shortcuts built on a 30-minute call, and a closing report that says plainly whether the bar was hit.

Who it's for

The pilot is for teams that already feel the pain: the macro library nobody trusts, the new hire who takes twenty minutes per reply, the lead who rewrites everyone's drafts at 6pm. Three weeks is enough to prove - or disprove - that shared shortcuts fix it.

  • Support and sales teams with 10-50 seats
  • Agents or reps writing daily across a help desk, Slack, email, or a CRM
  • A lead who can name the 3-5 messages the team writes most
  • An approved doc to point shortcuts at - a tone guide or policy page in Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs

What's included

1

30-minute founder onboarding call

Onboarding, not a demo - you have already seen the product by then. We connect your voice guide or policy doc, install Rewrait on every Mac and Windows machine, and the team ships its first rewrites before the call ends.

2

3-5 team shortcuts built together

Built live from messages your team actually sent last week: a support reply, an escalation summary, a renewal email. Every seat gets them instantly and runs them with Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P.

3

Success criteria agreed in writing

Before day one, we agree what success means - adoption, usage, and confirmed time saved - and write it down. Week 1 is setup and habit; weeks 2-3 are measurement against that exact bar.

The success criteria

Three numbers, agreed before the pilot starts and measured from real usage - not impressions.

  • 70% or more of seats active 3+ days a week by week 2
  • 25 or more rewrites per seat per week
  • The team lead confirms time saved per message

What happens after

Week 3 ends with a 20-minute review: the numbers on one page and a decision made in the room.

  • A 20-minute review with a one-page usage report
  • A pre-built annual checkout with pilot credit applied
  • No pressure: if the criteria were not met, we say so

Three weeks to a clear yes or no

Email your team size, the tools you write in, and the messages you write most. A founder replies with pilot dates.
