Shared shortcuts
Build workspace styles and workflows once - "Support reply", "Renewal email", "Decision summary". Everyone runs them on selected text with Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P, in any app on Mac and Windows.
Teams
Your team writes all day in the help desk, Slack, email, and the CRM. Rewrait gives every seat the same rewrite shortcuts, fed by the docs you approve, replacing text in place on Mac and Windows.
How teams run it
Rewrait Team gives everyone one shared workspace instead of separate personal AI accounts. Build the shortcuts once, point them at approved sources, and every seat runs them the same way. Consistency depends less on repeated review, and new hires can use the same approved sources and shortcuts as experienced teammates from day one.
Build workspace styles and workflows once - "Support reply", "Renewal email", "Decision summary". Everyone runs them on selected text with Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P, in any app on Mac and Windows.
Connect Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs and whitelist the pages that matter: the voice guide, the refund policy, the release rules. Shortcuts read them on every rewrite, so updates to those sources can appear in the next rewrite without another training session.
One owner manages seats and billing and decides which sources shortcuts may read. When someone leaves, remove the seat and the shortcuts and styles stay with the workspace.
Team lanes
Start with the three messages your team writes most. Build a shortcut for each, compare the drafts and rewrites, then expand from what works.
Build a "Support reply" shortcut that reads the support playbook. Before: "hey, sorry - the export thing is a known bug, eng is looking at it, no ETA tbh." After: "You're right - CSV exports are failing, and it's a confirmed bug on our side. The fix is in progress and I'll update this ticket the moment it ships. Until then, PDF export works as a stopgap."
Reads the support playbookBuild a "Renewal update" shortcut for QBR prep. Before: "usage dipped in march bc their admin left, new champion is pushing rollout to the EU team, renewal should still be fine??" After: "Usage dipped in March when their admin left. The new champion is driving the EU rollout and adoption has recovered. Renewal risk: low. One open item before the QBR: confirm the EU go-live date."
Reads the success playbookBuild a "Decision summary" shortcut for announcements. Before: "we're gonna hold the v2 rollout till after the billing migration, too risky to do both, revisit next sprint." After: "Decision: the v2 rollout is on hold until the billing migration completes. Why: running both changes at once puts billing at risk. Owner: platform team. Revisit: next sprint planning."
Reads the release rulesROI
The defaults are deliberately modest: 25 messages a day and 40 seconds back per message - one less re-read, one less rewrite by hand. Across 10 people that is roughly 58 hours a month against $200 in seats. For context, Superhuman markets 4+ hours saved per person per week and Grammarly's commissioned Forrester study reports 99% of users writing faster - both vendor-reported, which is why this calculator only counts the seconds you enter yourself.

FAQ
The owner manages seats and billing in one place: add a seat when someone joins, remove it when they leave, switch between monthly and annual, and cancel without contacting anyone. The owner also controls what the AI is allowed to read - integrations to Notion, Confluence, and Google Docs are connected at the workspace level, and only the specific sources the owner approves can feed shortcuts. Shared styles and workflows live in the workspace too, so the voice your team writes with does not walk out the door when an employee does. What the owner cannot do is read private drafts: Rewrait processes text only when a user triggers a rewrite, and it does not store rewrite history unless that user opts in. Admin control covers money, members, and sources - not surveillance.
Start with one approved source and two or three shared shortcuts. Each person installs the desktop app on Mac or Windows, with no per-tool browser extension or plugin for each app. Every seat gets the shared shortcuts immediately. To use one, select text, press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P, pick the shortcut, and the rewrite replaces the selection in place. New hires receive the same workspace shortcuts as experienced teammates, so they can use approved guidance from day one instead of relying only on feedback and memory. Every new account starts with a 14-day free Team trial, no card, so you can test the rollout before paying anything.
Team is $20 per seat per month billed annually, or $25 month to month, with no seat minimum, so a 4-person team pays $80 a month on annual billing. Annual billing saves $60 per seat per year compared with paying month to month. Every seat gets Pro features: unlimited rewrites (with a fair-use rate limit), 10,000-character selections, premium models, multilingual dictation, and API access. Team adds shared workspace styles and workflows, company context from Notion, Confluence, and Google Docs, usage analytics, owner-managed seats and billing, and a written no-training guarantee. There is no forced sales call. You start a 14-day free Team trial at signup, no card, and check out yourself when it makes sense. For 25+ seats, SSO/SCIM, or audit-log requirements, email us. That is the one tier we price by conversation.
Your account degrades to the Free plan, so it does not lock you out. Free keeps the core workflow (select, Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P, rewrite in place) with 30 rewrites a month and 1,000-character selections, so the habit your team built keeps working at smaller scale. Team-only features, including shared workspace styles, company context from your connected docs, and pooled team usage, pause until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted. Your shortcuts, styles, and workspace configuration remain in place, so upgrading requires checkout rather than setting up the workspace again. We do not ask for a card at signup, so there is no surprise charge on day 15. If your team is mid-evaluation when the trial ends and needs more time, email [email protected] and we will extend it.
No. Text is processed to return your rewrite and is not used to train Rewrait's models or any third-party model. On Team plans, that no-training guarantee is in writing, with a DPA. Rewrait is also not an always-on monitor: nothing leaves a machine until a user selects text and triggers a shortcut. Rewrite history is off by default, and feedback events never store text. Connections to Notion, Confluence, and Google Docs use read-only OAuth scopes with tokens stored encrypted, and shortcuts can only read the specific sources the workspace owner approves, capped at 12,000 characters each. The security page lists our subprocessors and current SOC 2 status. If your review needs more information, email [email protected] for a response from a founder.
